Privacy notice
Effective from 7 August 2026
This notice describes how personal data of visitors to the camoudatai.hu, camoudatai.com and camoudatai.eu website (the Website) is processed, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information. The Website presents the CamouDatAI platform; data processed inside client instances of the platform is governed by a separate data processing agreement with the client.
1. The controller

2. Data processed, purpose and legal basis
a) Demo requests and enquiries. The demo request form on the Website sends nothing to the web server: pressing the send button opens your own mail client with the message pre-filled. You therefore send the data to us by e-mail, and it arrives in the controller's mail system. Data processed: name, company name, e-mail address, the selected user-count band and the content of the message.
b) Server-side technical logs. The web server hosting the Website may keep technical logs for security and troubleshooting (for example IP address, time of the request, browser type). This data is not linked to the identity of the visitor and is not used for profiling.
Purpose: answering the enquiry, keeping in contact, providing a quote; secure operation of the Website.
Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and the legitimate interest of the controller in handling enquiries and in the security of the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: until the enquiry is settled, then at most until any claims become time-barred, or as long as the business relationship justifies it. Technical logs are kept for at most 30 days.
3. Cookies and tracking
The Website uses no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. This is why no cookie consent banner is shown.
The selected theme (light or dark) is stored in your browser (localStorage), on your device only. This data never reaches us and cannot identify a person.
4. Processors and data transfers
The controller does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is transferred only where required by law, or to the processors listed below.
Hosting: the Website is served from the controller's own server operated in the European Union (Microsoft Azure, West Europe region).
Typeface: the Website loads the Chakra Petch typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects to Google servers, which means your IP address is transferred to Google (Google Ireland Limited). Self-hosting the typeface would remove this transfer.
E-mail and document handling: data provided in an enquiry is handled in the controller's Microsoft 365 systems. Processor: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited.
5. Your rights
You may submit a request to info@itbs.hu; we reply without undue delay, and at the latest within the statutory deadline.
Access: you may request information about the data we process about you.
Rectification: you may ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Erasure: you may ask us to delete your data within the limits of the law.
Restriction: you may ask us to restrict processing.
Objection: you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Portability: in the applicable cases you may request your data in a portable format.
6. Data security
The controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data: encrypted (HTTPS) connection, restricted access, and a maintained, monitored server.
7. Remedies
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or turn to a court.

8. Changes to this notice
The controller reserves the right to amend this notice. The version in force is always available on the Website, with the date of entry into force.
